We guarantee living landscape materials are healthy, defect-free and professionally installed at the time of installation.
Unless otherwise stated in the written proposal, the property owner is responsible for watering and ongoing care of each tree, shrub or area of sod beginning the day it is planted or laid, even if other project work remains unfinished.
Do not wait until the entire project is complete to begin watering and protecting newly installed areas. This responsibility does not change BTC’s commitment to proper installation.
We perform installation work according to recognized industry standards. Concerns about plant material or workmanship must be emailed to [email protected] within five days of installation, as stated in your proposal. We’ll review the concern and discuss the appropriate next steps.
Manufacturer warranties apply where offered, subject to the manufacturer’s terms. BTC does not provide an additional product warranty unless stated in your written proposal.
Weather, irrigation failures, watering restrictions, drainage and other site conditions can affect living materials. Your written agreement explains the applicable coverage and limitations.
Email [email protected] with your name, property address, installation date, a description of the concern and clear photos. Follow the reporting period in your signed agreement.
Your signed agreement controls the specific coverage, limitations and reporting requirements for your project. This page does not change an existing agreement or create an additional plant-survival or replacement warranty.
